Developments in modern Endodontics

Dear Colleague,

I am sure you will all agree that it is extremely challenging to keep up to date let alone ahead of the development and achievements of modern Endodontics through introducing rotary canal shaping, chemical disinfection active against Biofi lm and three dimensional root canal replication with obturation material.

Success rates of primary and re-treatment root canal therapy has risen thanks to use of surgical microscopes, ultrasonics and photo activated disinfection (PAD).

If you refer cases for surgical re-treatment, I am sure you would NOT want to get this back:

postoperativalioloco

…but a minimal invasive approach using 16-22 x magnifi cation and light and a tight retrograde oburation performed with MTA.

intraoperativ postoperativ

Next case demonstrates the retreatment step by step for a CAP. A diagnostic pre-op CbCT was taken to evaluate treatment and success chances (previous Endodontist identifi ed only one canal on tooth 25).

preoperativ preoperativ2 postoperativ2 preoperativalioloco

Next case shows a ReRCT on tooth 47
(The implant performed on position 45 was requested by the referral previously and executed in our practice):

preoperativ3 postoperativ3

If it is about a retreatment you will be pleased by these cases:

preoperativ4

And here a primary RCT on a lower fi rst molar having 4 canals:

 postoperativ2-parts

Trust and have confidence in us with your complex root canal treatment requirements and we will significantly increase your success rates with predictability. The continuation of the treatment, we guarantee to return to your practice.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Kind regards
